Hi Linda,

I just saw this comment from May. Sorry I did not respond. Didn't know how to use the blog. Yes, you protected your brand with the 2 for 1. Price is still what it was, you just added one for free as a special promotion. Bottom line, you had the first profitable session in six months. The market always tells us what the value for our services are.

Hope you are well.

Hi, Ron.

Question...is a one-time 2-for-1 offer the same as giving it away for free? We offered our banking clients a 2-for-1 registration for our last open-enrollment series on Cashflow Analysis of Tax Returns. Yes, banks are my client-base and yes, they have cut WAY back on spending.

The result...the first profitable session in six months.

I kept the same price ($990/two days) but allowed a second person, rather than cut the price in half.

So, is that the same as free, or is that different? I want to protect the brand and I want to be here, and better, when the banks recover.
