The Titan Principle® Sales Bootcamp will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 17-18, 2006 at the Newark Airport Marriott Hotel.

Without understanding this master secret, a sales professional can go a whole career thinking "It's tough in this business." True, one can garner success and learn a lot about how to close a sale... one can even turn in stella results and be at the top in their field...

But selling will still remain harder than it has to be...

You are already aware that the success you enjoy as a sales professional is and will always be in direct proportion to the types of questions you ask.

Ask one type of question and you get nothing but resistance... ask the same prospect a different question and you get the order, new business that was unexpected, calls out of the blue seeking your counsel and referrals to all their closest business associates.

The real secret is knowing precisely what "future desired results questions" to ask which will trigger a flood of information, orders, and referrals to new customers and clients...

You need not be a smooth talker with the right looks to succeed in sales. This is not what matters to your customer. The superstars of selling are often very ordinary souls who TRULY GET WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS... and knows how to get them to share information as if you were their closest friend going back to high school.

A client of mine recently had the problem of trying to close a big account and there was a deadline. The deadline to order his product line to be in time for the season was fast approaching... then it would be all off.

After months of no success, I consulted to him on the right future desired results questions to ask. The result was as dramatic as it was immediate... the customer saw the light and instantly gave my client a six-figure order...

"Flexing... for Fun and Profit..."

F L E X I N G is a major key to sales success... it's the session at the bootcamp everybody has the most fun with. And once back out in the field it will become one of your most profitable techniques.

While the concept of "flexing" is not new... countless attendees of the Titan Principle® Sales Bootcamp have commented that even though they were exposed to similar information in the past -- what they experienced at the bootcamp not only made it come alive, but made it enormously useful and profitable also.

So what is "flexing"? It is understanding your own profile, and the profiles of prospects, clients and customers you meet with... and knowing instantly and intuitively how to FLEX with a different personality type.

This is not about static information that is of no use in real-world situations. This is about having programmed into your psyche and personality the ability to instantly shift to take account of the "filters" your prospect or customer is seeing the world through... so that you can come to him on the same channel he or she expects to view the world on.

You can shift any conversation in the direction you wish, regardless of the personality type of your prospect... And yet they will believe they are taking you where they want to go ...

This goes way beyond the static, interesting on paper, but useless in the real world forms of personality profiling. You will find the results from mastering this process to be nothing short of astounding...

Master Secret #3:
"Front-End Loaded Sales Cycle..."

One of the biggest pitfalls in business thinking today -- and especially when it comes to the training of sales professionals -- is the belief that the way things have always been done around here is "the way we do it around here."

Even so called "time-tested and proven techniques" can be a ball-and-chain on your sales success. I developed master secret #3 after years of having a healthy skepticism for "the way things are done around here."

Always willing to test and try new approaches, and a slave only to that which proved the easiest and most profitable route -- I developed what I call the front-end loaded sales cycle...

It has massively increased the results of all that use it.

Would you like to increase your close ratio, shorten your sales cycle, and free up time to bring in even more new business than ever before?

There is an OLD SCHOOL of thought and a NEW SCHOOL of thought when it comes to the sales cycle. While my front-end loaded sales cycle process includes the same steps:

. . . it weighs your time and emphasis on these steps totally differently.

Currently, sales professionals spend about 60 - 70% of their time on their presentations, proposals and attempting to close the deal. They tell their prospect how great they are and spend a lot of time talking about things the prospect, customer or client has next to no interest in.

By contrast, the front-end loaded sales cycle spends a lot less time in these stressful steps. And they ARE stressful if not enough time was spent at the "front-end" of the sales cycle. You often encounter a lot of resistance when you push things the prospect plainly has no interest in.

I show you how to reduce your time on these "tail-end" steps of the cycle from 70% down to only 40% of your time... YET, at the same time massively increase your close ratio.

In fact, you will discover that the complete sales cycle time reduces, the whole process becomes a lot more fun, and definitely more profitable.

"Position Yourself as a Valuable Resource..."

The concept of consultative selling is certainly not new to any sales professional who is successful...

You understand you are selling a solution, not a product or service. You understand how important your relationship is with your prospect, customer or client. And you understand that you must be a valuable resource, rather than on order taker or order pusher...

How to turn absolute deal killer objections around
where they sell you on why the deal should go ahead...

Would you like to know how to take an absolute deal killer objection, and have your prospect demonstrate to you why it's now only a minor consideration... in fact, have them sell you on why the deal should go ahead...

Here are some examples of how this Titan Principle® master secret has turned seemingly deal killer situations around:

  • UPS had a major strike and their customers who used them exclusively were unable to ship their products. UPS's customers called their account managers all over the country and told them they could no longer give all their business exclusively to UPS... I consulted to UPS and master secret #6 turned this situation around...
  • A highly regarded advertising company was unable to get Fortune 100 CEOs to use them because the CEO's knew the agency handled some of their competitors and they worried about competitors inadvertently getting access to their marketing trade secrets... Master secret #6 turned this situation around...
  • A sales professional for a product manufacturer was having difficulty closing a deal with a chain of pool dealers. After learning The Pyramid of Needs concept, he returned to test it's effectiveness. He walked away with a six-figure deal that very day... all from one meeting...

The pyramid of needs or prioritization of needs concept and master secret is a home-grown tactic which I and other Titan Principle® graduates have used to make A LOT OF MONEY...

What's the biggest mistake sales professionals make?

Their customers tell them what's on their minds and why they cannot do the deal, why they cannot buy from you. They give you the biggest deal breaking objection. And what do most sales people do? They try to sell them on that concept... I ask: why try and negotiate something you can't give?

Shift the focus... have the customer reorient the deal himself around other issues... you lead the way, they follow. It works like a charm... Never deny the point that is seemingly the deal killer. Acknowledge it fully. Then have the customer show you how it's important, but maybe not as important as first thought.

Using this technique I have seen prospects start with a deal killing objection weighted at 80% of the decision... and by the time they are done... by using future pacing and readjusting, they are showing me how it's now only 30% of the decision.

And the most powerful part of this master secret strategy is that they are using their numbers... not yours. They are selling themselves AND YOU on why the deal should now go ahead.

We all know it to be true -- the customer doesn’t care about you. I mean look they want you to have a good life but at the end of the day they’re worried about themselves.
