HOW TO MOTIVATE YOUR CLIENTS TO CHANGE THEIR PROCUREMENT PRACTICES

This week, I received an email from a client of mine who said: “Ron, you know when we closed down for COVID-19 and we reevaluated all of our business practices and realized there are some things we can do better. The questions is when we call back our customers and they want to go back to the old way of doing it, how do we motivate them to change the way they buy, so that we can serve them better?”

Great question! It takes me back to the early 80s… #VelocityMindset #procurement
