Today, I’d like to follow up on the Friday video, in which I talked about the importance of being present in your conversation. I said that if your response is not coming fast enough in the conversation, it means you are not being present.

However, there is a difference between pausing before responding, because you are thinking about what the other person is saying, versus not listening, because your mind is elsewhere. #VelocityMindset #StayPresent #CommunicationSkills #conversations
